La Paloma Margarita

So today was one of those days…

I had plans! I woke up with A LOT of plans!

I was going to work out, I was going to whip up my next recipe for my blog, I was going to get a shower (long overdue) and I was going to have time to make it out to the lake to enjoy part of the day with my kids. I didn’t have time to work out, my recipe was a mini flop (it’s close, just need to fine tune it), my website went down (spent an hour trying to figure out how to fix it) and now it’s almost five o’clock.

Fortunately, my disillusioned mind led me to this.

This is hands down the easiest and best tasting margarita ever. If you’re like me and you prefer a little less sticky sweet and a little more refreshing bite, then this is your drink for summer!

There’s always light at the end of the tunnel.

Aaaah…feeling much better now.
